Questions

How is this different from the image resizer?

The resizer crops the photo to a centered square, which can cut off the edges of a wide or tall product. This tool keeps the whole photo and adds white space around it instead.

Will it remove the background of my photo?

No. It adds white space around the photo you give it. If the photo already has a busy background, that background stays. Transparent PNGs get a white background.

Which size should I choose?

Amazon recommends 1000 px or more, Shopify 2048 px, Walmart 2200 px and Etsy about 2000 px. The free image checker shows the rules for each marketplace.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser tab and the photo never leaves your computer.
